B195068-BK1 Ordered the 2xl, it is a bit loose. I wish I had purchased the xl but will use this one until it is too big to use. I use it under a waist trainer when I workout. It works great & definitely makes you sweat. I'm 5'6", 184 lbs, 37.5 waist, wear a size 10 in pants & a large in blouses.
