MT190084-BK1 Ordered the 2xl, it is a bit loose. I wish I had purchased the xl but will use this one until it is too big to use. I use it under a waist trainer when I workout. It works great & definitely makes you sweat. I'm 5'6", 184 lbs, 37.5 waist, wear a size 10 in pants & a large in blouses.

MT190084-BK1 I wanted to try a waist trainer for a really long time and am really happy I decided to try this one! I have read and heard great things about using a waist trainer, though I don’t necessarily need to use one for weight loss, I wanted to see how it would work for me and I didn’t want to make a huge investment. For the price, this waist trainer is durable and well made and was a perfect way for me to try using one. It fits snug and is adjustable, making it perfect for all shapes and sizes. It definitely helped to increase my body temperature during exercise. I almost couldn’t handle all the sweat! My only complaint is that I found it to be more bulky then expected and a bit uncomfortable to wear for long work out sessions. Also, it is noticeable under my work out clothes but this is not a huge deal to me. I will continue to use this because I feel like it helps my posture and helps me to sweat out more when I need to. If you want to try a waist trainer this is a perfect one to test out to see if you like the compression fit style and overall results!
