    It took only 1 week to arrive. I'm 5 7' and wear a size 14. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. I still have room to make it a little tighter once I begin losing weight. I only had it for 2 days now, so I have not yet seen any slimming results. With the proper diet and exercise I am sure this waist trainer with help getting the figure that I had before I was pregnant. At least it helps hiding the gut. It's hot outside and I need my slimming results today! :-)

    Was absolutely in love with this waist trainer. I wear a size 16 and ordered a 2x. I wore it for about 11 hrs a day thur the week and maybe 4 hrs a day on the weekend. After about 2 months I noticed I was getting a permanent dark line across my stomach. I have stopped wearing it since than. but I may start wearing it over my clothes when workout out because it was giving me results.
